Southwest Miami-Dade — A fire at a truck yard in southwest Miami-Dade sent thick black smoke rising into the sky on Friday, just after 5 p.m.
Sky 10 was over the scene capturing live video as shooting flames raged above a trailer inferno at 21050 SW 172nd Ave.
Firefighters were seen standing on top of a truck so they could spray from above.
The trailer ended up collapsing from the fire, which then spread to a nearby nursery.
Firefighters were able to put out the blaze within an hour.
It is not yet known what sparked the fire.
