MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — A woman died after a shooting on Friday in Miami-Dade County’s Fontainebleau neighborhood, according to deputies.

Miami-Dade County Sheriff’s Office deputies and Miami-Dade Fire Rescue personnel responded to a house, at about 5:40 p.m., at 302 SW 79 Ave.

Detectives investigate a woman's death on Friday after a shooting in Miami-Dade County.

According to Detective Angel Rodriguez, deputies saw the woman suffered gunshot wounds and fire rescue personnel declared her dead.

Detectives asked anyone with information about this or other cases to call Miami-Dade County Crime Stoppers at 305-471-8477 to remain anonymous.
