The FBI’s reward for the arrests includes up to $10,000 for Jameel Blemur and up to $10,000 for Zacahary Thelusma, both suspects in the murder of Erns Valcourt last year in Miramar.

FBI Miami agents and Miramar detectives believe Blemur and Thelusma were involved in the drive-by shooting shortly before 11:50 a.m. on March 19, 2024, along Southwest 66 Way, near 33 Street.

“This was very brazen,” Tania Ordaz, who was a spokeswoman for the Miramar Police Department, said after the shooting.

There were six people in the house with bullet holes, including a toddler, according to police. Pembroke Pines police officers and the FBI’s violent crimes task force also responded to assist. Fire rescue personnel took Valcourt to a nearby hospital where he later died, records show.

A Broward County Circuit judge issued warrants for the arrests of Blemur and Thelusma on first-degree murder charges. FBI agents asked anyone with information to call 1-800-225-5324.
