A grand jury indicted Pedro Linares, 57, on multiple charges.

The brazen April 4 attack was caught on camera.

Authorities said the video shows Linares walking up to his sister’s workplace on Southwest 79th Avenue in west Miami-Dade’s unincorporated Fontainebleau area.

Wearing a mask, blue gloves and a hat, deputies said he shot Beatriz Linares-Calamita, 60, multiple times.

They said he then paused, and then fired a final shot before walking away and leaving his sister for dead.

Court records point to a possible motive — Linares-Calamita had evicted her brother from their mother’s home over what was described as a “lack of care or financial help.”

Linares then began showing up at her home unannounced before finally finding her at her job.

Police say Linares fled to Louisiana after the shooting.

As of Tuesday, he remained locked up in Miami-Dade County as he awaits his death penalty trial, tentatively scheduled for October.
