Andrew Tate claims the human trafficking charges against him have been dismissed, and that’s why he was allowed to leave the country and come to Florida.

On Monday, Local 10 News was there as Tate arrived at the studios for the Patrick Ben David show, as two SUVs were followed by a Fort Lauderdale police officer as they pulled up.

He faced a lot of questions, including his response to Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis saying the brothers weren’t welcome in the state and President Donald Trump saying he had no idea Tate had come to Florida.

Andrew Tate responded by complimenting the president.

“Trump is such a boss, he is such a gangster,” he said. “I don’t know that’s the correct answer -- 99% (of the time) I like Trump’s answer. As for Ron (DeSantis), I’m disappointed.”

He added that he was a fan of DeSantis and says he believes the governor was pressured.

Andrew Tate went on to say that he has an American passport. He says the whole point of democracy is being innocent until proven guilty.

He said the same thing when he landed in South Florida last week.

According to Andrew Tate, he and his brother must return to Romania near the end of the month.
