Florida Panthers fans were going on shopping sprees at the DICK’S House of Sport on Wednesday in Kendall.
Julian Williams was among the fans who waited outside for the store to open at 7239 North Kendall Drive.
“I got the Stanley Cup Championship shirt and I got the hat,” Williams said.
Jorge Brao said he was up late celebrating the hockey team’s victory.
“Shooting fireworks and banging on my pots and pans and then I took a little nap and then I got up and then I’m going to the Elbow Room to party,” Brao said.
Bryce Quine and his daughters are in town from Texas and they were also shopping.
“It’s neat to make fun memories with family and watching sporting events that we’ll remember our whole lives,” Quine said.
