MIAMI BEACH, Fla. — A woman was arrested Saturday evening in Miami Beach on drunk driving allegations, but she did not go quietly.
Newly released video shows several police officers wrestling a woman to the ground as she screamed and tried to escape.
Witnesses said the woman crashed into cars and a wall inside a parking garage.
Police have since arrested 34-year-old Irina Sufiullina on several charges, including battery on a police officer, corrections officer or firefighter, criminal mischief, DUI, and leaving the scene of an accident involving property damage.
She appeared before a judge on Sunday, where she was granted a $3,000 bond but was placed on an immigration hold.
As of Sunday, she was being held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.
