MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – Miami Gardens police are investigating a domestic violence incident that occurred overnight at a home.
The investigation is unfolding in the area of Northwest 106th Street and 28th Place.
A nearby neighbor’s surveillance video shows flashing police lights in the area Sunday night, just before midnight.
Close family friends visiting the home Monday said a birthday party at the home Sunday went south when a couple was involved in a violent domestic violence incident that landed two people in the hospital.
According to neighbors, this is not the first time police have been called to the home as officers frequently visit the home for various calls.
Local 10 News has reached out to the Miami Gardens Police Department and is awaiting a response.
