MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – Investigators asked for the public’s help Thursday in identifying two girls who they say might have been responsible for setting a Walgreens bathroom in southwest Miami-Dade on fire earlier this year.

According to the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office, the girls — believed to be teenagers — are suspected of setting fire to a bathroom inside the Walgreens store located at 23201 SW 112th Ave.

Deputies said the incident happened just before 10 a.m. on April 19.

The case is being handled by the agency’s Arson Squad, which is now trying to track down the girls to speak with them as part of the investigation, according to authorities.
