FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue crews extinguished a fire that they said damaged multiple vehicles at a parking lot along the 800 block of Northwest Seventh Terrace on Saturday.
One crew was returning to its station from a medical call when authorities said firefighters spotted a column of smoke and immediately responded.
Authorities said a total of 10 vehicles were damaged. No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
