July 23: Tranquil weather for South Florida Wednesday evening, scattered storms possible Thursday, especially early

Partly cloudy skies will be the general rule for South Florida Wednesday evening. By Thursday morning, there is the potential for a burst of scattered showers and storms for Miami-Dade and Broward counties and the Keys.

A spotty storm or two is not out of the question during the afternoon, though the rain chance starts to lower as Saharan dust begins to arrive. Plan for low temperatures near 80°F and highs around 90°F.
