Happy last day of July! It will be another hot, humid day. Models hint that afternoon sea breeze showers could develop but stay well inland. This will keep the coastal areas mostly dry with heat indices expected to reach 105-110 degrees. Highs will be near records with 94 degrees in Miami, the record is 95 degrees, set back in 1999. Lobster mini season is in effect with a light chop on the bay for Broward, Miami-Dade and the Keys. Sea surface temperatures are in the upper 80s, near 90 degrees. Stay hydrated and safe.
