Not everyone will get the rain with chances at 30%, which is below average for the rainy season. Increasing moisture will boost rain chances gradually as the week goes on. By Friday into Labor Day weekend, rain chances will peak at 60%. Not a complete washout from start to finish, but expect rounds of thunderstorms at times.
