September 18: Rain chance lowers by Friday

The weather remains somewhat dreary for South Florida Thursday evening as clouds linger and scattered showers dampen parts of Miami-Dade and Broward counties. As the night unfolds, showers wane.

Friday will feature gentle, north to northeast winds. Conditions will be a touch less humid as slightly drier air reaches the area. However, a few showers still could develop during the afternoon. Plan for low temperatures in the mid-70s and highs near 90°F.
