Meet Cooper – a 6-month-old pup in need of a forever home

BROWARD COUNTY, Fla. – Cooper is a 6-month-old dog that is being cared for by the Broward Humane Society after being rescued from Dominica, where he was placed in a box that was set on fire. He was given treatment in Dominica before being flown to South Florida.
