Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested David Blade, 18, Brayden Baxter, 23, and Justin Zeller, 18, after accusing them of the attack on Monday at Griffin and Flamingo roads.

Ehab Gayed said he thought he was going to die.

ā€œOne of them, he just twist(ed) his arm around my neck,ā€ Gayed said ā€œI told him, ā€˜I’m dying. I’m dying. I have three kids.ā€™ā€

Authorities said it began with a truck flashing lights at Gayed, who said he didn’t know what prompted the incident, and then someone throwing a bottle of water at him.

Deputies said Blade broke Gayed’s mirror, then dragged him out of his SUV and started attacking him. They accuse Baxter and Zeller of getting out of the truck and joining Blade.

ā€œIf you kill me, who(’s) gonna care about my kids?ā€ Gayed said he told them.

Blade faces the most serious charges of the three: burglary with assault or battery and felony criminal mischief.

Baxter and Zeller were arrested on battery charges.
