It’s a typical rainy season day with spotty showers and thunderstorms. Expect plenty of dry time and sunshine in between. Highs will be around 90°, pretty close to average.
A pattern change is on the way and Friday is the transition day. We will start with a few showers, but we are completely dry for the second half of the day. Saharan dust will move in with a hazy sky and a rain-free weekend. Of course, without any rain, it will be hot. Highs will be in the low-to-mid 90s with a heat index up to 105°.
