July 30: Most storms to stay to our west

We will be drier this afternoon as most storms will stay to our west. The highest chance of getting clipped by a storm or two will be inland Broward County, west of the Turnpike. The rest of us will be mostly dry with highs in the low to mid 90s and a heat index up to 105°. Humidity is much higher in central and northern Florida where the heat index could reach 115°. The pattern is on repeat with drier than normal weather. No increase in storms is expected until Sunday at the earliest.
