It’s the 7th day in a row with a Heat Advisory for South Florida. The heat index is peaking between 105°-110°. Showers and thunderstorms are developing and, similar to yesterday, will be hit or miss. These randomly developing storms will last into this evening.

A storm system in the Bahamas will move in by tomorrow and will stick around into the weekend. This will lead to more widespread showers and thunderstorms. No day looks like a complete washout, but expect rounds of showers and thunderstorms with dry breaks in between. A couple of strong thunderstorms are possible with minor flooding and gusty winds.
