Scattered showers and a few thunderstorms will occasionally move through today. It will be spotty with plenty of sunny, dry time between. Coverage will be about 50% so far from a washout. This will be the case all week with highs in the upper 80s. The stickiness will not last long with the first fall front of the season on the 7-day forecast. A coastal storm moving up the East Coast starting Friday will fling the cool front in our direction for the weekend. This will bring a drop in humidity, drier air, and a full blue sky.
