MIRAMAR, Fla. — Miramar police say a 69-year-old woman who was last seen on Monday was found safe on Tuesday.

According to authorities, Gloria McFarlane was last seen around 5:15 p.m. in the area of University Drive and Miramar Parkway.

Miramar police spokeswoman Tania Rues said McFarlane was spotted Tuesday in Hollywood by a Good Samaritan who had seen her photo on the news.

Rues said McFarlane had been outside, wandering around since Monday afternoon.

According to police, McFarlane suffers from memory loss and requires daily medication.

She has since been reunited with her family.
