Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Stanislav Zubko after the false alarm shortly after 7 p.m. on Monday at FLL.

Zubko was at the Broward County Main Jail in Fort Lauderdale before appearing in bond court shortly after 11:10 a.m. on Tuesday.

Zubko, who was born in Ukraine and lives in Nevada, allegedly told deputies that he was just joking when he said he had a bomb, according to a prosecutor in court.

Zubko faced a charge of false report of a bomb, a second-degree felony. A bond court judge ordered him to stay away from FLL and to stay away from firearms and ammunition. His bond was $10,000.
