Video shows burglar at Jewish deli in Miami Beach

MIAMI BEACH, Fla. — Surveillance video shows a recent burglary at the Jewish Deli in Miami Beach.

The video also shows police officers with their guns drawn arresting Christopher Kory Pike on Wednesday at the deli near West 41 Street and Pine Tree Drive.

Ronald Varga, who works next door, said he heard a loud bang. At first, Varga thought it was a tree that had fallen.

Varga later learned Pike, 45, had used a Ring camera to smash the deli’s front window before breaking in.

The video shows Pike poured himself a drink, messed with a meat ager, digged through a drawer, and headed to the cash register.

Pike appeared infront of a bond court judge in Miami-Dade County. He faced charges of burglary, criminal mischief, resisting arrest, and providing a false name. His bond was $6,000.

In February. Pike was arrested for allegedly making a bomb threat at a Publix in Miami Shores.
