A private island off the coast of Key Largo is now on the market for $75 million.
According to a listing by Compass, the 26-acre private island in Monroe County has a “pool home” on site, three separate apartments, a 23-slip marina and two tennis courts which convert to a helipad for a quick commute to Miami.
The listing by Liz Hogan, also includes a waterfront mainland home in the Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo.
The island, known as Pumpkin Key, can be yours for a monthly payment of about $412,000. That’s based on a 30-year fixed mortgage with a 7.25% interest.
