Police: 3-year-old girl stable after being pulled from Doral community pool

DORAL, Fla. — A young child was hospitalized after being found unresponsive in a pool.

It happened on Saturday inside a community pool in Doral, police said.

According to authorities, CPR was performed on a 3-year-old girl by responding officers after she was found in the water.

Miami-Dade Fire Rescue rushed the girl to Jackson West Medical Center, where authorities said she was stabilized.

There has been no update on the circumstances that led to the child being found in the water.
