According to arrest reports, Yuping Song, 50, and Aifang Chen, 37, who are both Chinese citizens currently living in Miami, were arrested on charges of deriving support from proceeds of prostitution, renting a space for prostitution and maintaining a house of prostitution.

Chen also faces an additional charge of engaging in prostitution and Song faces an additional charge of soliciting another to commit prostitution.

MDSO detectives said one undercover detective visited the massage parlor, located at 11730 Biscayne Blvd., on July 21 and another visited the location on Monday, July 28.

During both incidents, two separate women offered the detectives “hand jobs” in exchange for $100, adding that they would also get naked, authorities said.

According to the reports, the detectives agreed, but then claimed to have an emergency, causing them to leave.

Two undercover detectives outfitted with audio recording devices returned to the business Thursday, one of whom was greeted by Chen, the reports stated.

According to the reports, Chen massaged the detective’s back for about 10 minutes before instructing him to turn over.

The undercover detective reported that once he flipped over, Chen grabbed his penis and asked him what he wanted.

According to the reports, the detective told her he only had $100.

She then told him “full sex” would be $150, oral sex would be $130 and a hand job would be $100, the reports stated.

According to the reports, the detective agreed to the hand job and Chen began fondling his penis before he claimed to have an emergency, prompting him to leave.

The arrest reports state that Song was the employee who greeted the second undercover detective and initially told him that a 40-minute massage would be $60, but another girl would be with him because she had to leave.

Deputies said the undercover detective initially gave Song the $60, and she then asked him, “What do you want to do, sex or hand job?”

The detective asked Song how much a hand job would be and she told him $100, authorities said.

Deputies said the detective handed over the money, at which time Song told him she would just “do it herself really fast,” clarifying that there would be “no massage.”

According to the arrest reports, Song then began to undress and told the detective she would perform oral sex on him, but like the other detective, he claimed to have had an emergency come up.

The reports state that Song told him to come back “whenever he wants” and she would perform oral sex on him because he had already paid.

According to the reports, detectives entered the massage parlor a short time later and arrested both women.

Detectives said Chen invoked her right to remain silent. Song also did not provide a statement due to a language barrier, authorities said.

As of Friday morning, both women remained held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.
