Nonverbal woman with autism reported missing in southwest Miami-Dade

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — The Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office is searching for a nonverbal woman who they said has autism and has been reported missing.

According to deputies, Sarah Etienne, 20, was last seen around 7:15 p.m. Monday, leaving the 8900 block of Southwest 88th Street.

She was wearing a beige shirt with pink lettering, blue jeans and a black blanket.

Deputies described Etienne as a Black female, who is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs about 110 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
