FORT LAUDERDALE, F — A woman was injured during a shooting on Sunday afternoon in Fort Lauderdale, police said.

Police officers responded shortly after 3:35 p.m. to the area of West Cypress Creek Road and 31 Avenue, and they were searching for the shooter.

Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue personnel took the woman to Broward Health Medical Center.
