A 25-year-old man faced seven charges on Monday in Miami-Dade County after Aventura police officers accused him of harming teenage girls, records show.
County court records show prosecutors filed a case against Alexander Francisco on Sunday on two felonies and five misdemeanors.
On Feb. 6, police officers found Francisco with a teenage girl in a parked car at the Flamenco Towers in Aventura, according to an arrest report.
“I was just trying to buy some weed,” the teen told Aventura police officers, according to an arrest report.
The teen had purchased THC cartridges and vapes from Francisco about four to five times over the past year after meeting him via Snapchat, according to police.
Another teenage girl reported Francisco injured her during sex on Sept. 10, 2025, in the car at the Aventura Park Square garage at 2920 NE 207 St., records show
Francisco faced charges of attempted sexual battery likely to cause serious personal injury, using a computer to travel to meet a minor for sexual conduct, and five counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Miami-Dade County Circuit Judge Tanya Brinkley was set to preside over the case.
