Lobster Salad

3 lobsters, steamed

½ cup of your favorite mayonnaise

½ cup celery, tiny diced

¼ cup white onions, tiny diced

1 ½ teaspoons Old Bay

3 tablespoons Italian parsley leaves, finely chopped

juice from 1 lemon

zest from 1 lemon

2 dashes hot sauce

kosher salt, to taste

For serving:

slider buns

Prepare the steamed lobster by removing the meat from the tail and claws and chopping. Transfer the meat to a bowl. Add the mayonnaise, celery, onion, Old Bay, parsley, lemon juice and zest and hot sauce. Mix well. Season to taste with salt.

Serve cold spooned onto your favorite slider buns.
