MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. — Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill is not on the trade block and remains in the team’s plans, according to reports.
The Dolphins have not received calls from other teams inquiring about Hill and currently have no intention of moving him, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported Saturday.
The 31-year-old star faced reporters on Friday, fielding questions about court documents that included multiple domestic violence allegations tied to his split with his estranged wife, Keeta Hill.
Hill kept his answers brief. Asked directly about the accusations, he said: “No, no, no, man.” When pressed on whether he had been in contact with the NFL regarding the case, he replied: “No, I haven’t.”
Hill did, however, make clear that he wants to stay in Miami. “I’m blessed to be here, each and every day,” Hill said. “I would love to be here. You know my family is here. My kids are here.”
The Dolphins’ decision not to explore a trade comes at a time when Hill is looking to regain his explosive form on the field.
He has not recorded a catch of 30 yards or more in over a year — his last came on an 80-yard touchdown in Week 1 of the 2024 season against Jacksonville.
That drought, combined with Miami’s offensive struggles and a 33-8 loss to Indianapolis in the season opener, has intensified pressure on both Hill and the Dolphins. A players-only meeting followed the defeat.
Hill and the Dolphins (0-1) will look to rebound on Sunday as the team prepares to host the New England Patriots (0-1) at Hard Rock Stadium.
