PHOENIX — The Miami Hurricanes arrived in Phoenix on Monday night and held media availabilities on Tuesday.

Fresh off their stunning upset win over Ohio State in last week’s Cotton Bowl, which was also one of the four College Football Playoff Quarterfinal matchups, the No. 10 Hurricanes have advanced to college football’s Final Four.

Now they’ll face No. 6 Ole Miss at Thursday’s Fiesta Bowl, with the winning team advancing to the College Football Championship, which is set for Jan. 19 at the Orange Bowl at Hard Rock Stadium in South Florida.

Both Miami and Ole Miss have won a pair of playoff games to reach the Fiesta Bowl.

The Hurricanes went on the road to defeat Texas A&M before taking down No. 2 Ohio State.

Mississippi hosted Tulane in the opening round, winning handily, before defeating SEC rival Georgia at an exciting Sugar Bowl matchup on New Year’s Day.

Now the Canes and Rebels will lock horns for the right to play either Indiana or Oregon for the National Championship.
