Cuba’s oil supply is dwindling since shipments from Venezuela ended, and the Trump administration is now threatening any country that re-supplies it.
That has led to rationing and regular blackouts, with school and workdays bring cut short.
From South Florida, a Cuban exile community and members of Congress are urging the president to keep tightening the noose.
