PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. — The crisis in Cuba is deepening by the day.

Cuba’s oil supply is dwindling since shipments from Venezuela ended, and the Trump administration is now threatening any country that re-supplies it.

That has led to rationing and regular blackouts, with school and workdays bring cut short.

From South Florida, a Cuban exile community and members of Congress are urging the president to keep tightening the noose.

Florida International University President and former Florida Lieutenant Governor Jeanette Nunez joined “This Week in South Florida” host Glenna Milberg to discuss, and their conversation can be seen at the top of this page.
