Celebrity hair colorist Ryan Pearl accused of sexually preying on teenage client in Miami
A 37-year-old hair colorist whose celebrity clients have included Hailey Bieber and Sophie Turner was in jail on Thursday in Miami-Dade County accused of sexually preying on a 15-year-old girl.
