South Beach Wine & Food Festival returns in May, but proof of COVID test or vaccine required to attend

The festival, which features numerous events, activations, dinners, and auctions, will run from May 20 through May 23. While the festival is back, there are numerous health and safety measures that have been put in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
