Happy Halloween EVE!! A refreshing change will arrive today associated with a cold front moving through South Florida. Some showers could develop early in the Keys before the brisk breeze and drier air moves in. Highs will only reach the lower 80s, with lows tonight dropping into the 60s. This is a huge change for South Florida. The last time we have woken up to the 60s was back in April. This cooler refreshing breeze will be here for Halloween and all the trick or treating.
