December 8: Showers possible as cooler weather makes a comeback

As a cold front moves toward South Florida and the Keys Monday night, rain could dampen parts of the region.

Miami-Dade and Broward counties can expect lingering clouds with the chance for showers. Temperatures are forecast to slip to the mid and upper 60s overnight as north winds stir.

Tuesday will feature a north-northeast breeze and cloudy skies with occasional, scattered showers in the mix. High temperatures are expected to be about ten degrees cooler compared to the previous day. The forecast high for Miami is 77°F-- that is closer to average for the time of year.
