Dec. 10: Wednesday night cooldown

A Wednesday night cooldown is on the way for South Florida. As northwest winds take hold, dry and cool air will move in. Temperatures are forecast to slip into the upper 50s across Miami-Dade and Broward counties overnight into Tuesday morning. Low 60s are expected near the beaches, with the Keys seeing lows in the mid- to upper 60s.

Thursday will be near perfect, featuring sunshine, scattered clouds and refreshing northwest to north winds. Temperatures will climb into the mid-70s. Rain is not in the forecast.
