Dec. 17: Random sprinkles and a bit warmer

A passing shower could dampen parts of South Florida on Wednesday night, particularly along the East Coast. Otherwise, the night will feature partly cloudy skies and easterly winds across Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Overnight low temperatures are expected to be near 70 degrees.

Thursday will bring a mix of sun and clouds, with the chance of a stray shower. The rip current risk will remain high as southeast winds of 10 to 15 mph, with gusts up to 20 mph, prevail. High temperatures are expected to reach the low 80s.
