South Florida is feeling a chill as cool air arrives on northwest winds Tuesday night.
Temperatures are expected to dip to the 40s overnight across Miami-Dade and Broward counties, 50s for the Keys.
There may be some inland areas of Broward or Dade that briefly register wind chill values in the upper 30s before or near sunrise.
Wednesday, the last day of 2025, will feature lots of sunshine and a gentle northwest breeze. The afternoon will be somewhat cool with temperatures forecast to peak in the mid-60s ― that is below average.
Weather conditions for New Year’s Eve night will be clear and crisp. Expect temperatures in the low 50s near midnight, dipping to the 40s overnight.
