Jan. 5: Milder nights, pleasantly warm days for South Florida

Monday night features tranquil weather for South Florida. Patchy fog may develop over far western areas overnight. Otherwise, Miami-Dade and Broward counties can expect few clouds and light winds as temperatures dip to the low and mid-60s by morning.

Tuesday will bring sunshine and scattered clouds with the slight chance for a stray shower. Temperatures are forecast to peak around 80°F ― that is a few degrees above average for this time of year. Humidity levels remain tolerable.
