The theme of nice, warm weather spills into the weekend for South Florida.

Miami-Dade and Broward counties can expect few clouds, southeast winds and mild temperatures Friday night with lows forecast in the upper 60s to 70°F.

Saturday brings sunshine, scattered clouds and a southeast breeze. Rain chance remains low. Near record warmth is expected as highs are forecast to reach the low 80s.

A similar temperature scenario will unfold Sunday-- another round of low 80s! Miami’s record high for the date is 84°F. A shower or two is not completely out of the question, particularly late Sunday as a cold front approaches and crosses the region. Cooler weather returns Monday.
