A bit of a chill lingers over South Florida Friday night. Miami-Dade and Broward counties can expect light winds with some clouds as temperatures dip into the mid- and upper 50s overnight.
The weekend will feature mostly to partly cloudy skies, with a slight chance of an isolated shower or two -- particularly Sunday as a cold front approaches.
Generally light southeast winds are expected Saturday, with highs forecast to reach the mid-70s -- seasonable for this time of year.
Temperatures likely will not stray far from average Sunday morning, with lows in the low 60s. Southwest to west winds ahead of the cold front should help push highs into the upper 70s. Conditions will become breezy. After the front passes, north winds will take hold Sunday evening, bringing cooler air. Expect lows near 50°F Monday morning.
