Jan. 26: Temperatures are set to crash throughout the night

Temperatures are set to crash throughout the night as a cold front continues to sink south.

An arctic blast will take over on Tuesday morning across South Florida. Low temperatures will plummet into the upper 40s and lower 50s.

Tuesday afternoon will be cool as well. With winds surging out of the north, highs will only reach the upper 60s.

This week will remain chilly with afternoon temperatures only reaching the upper 60s and lower 70s.

We are tracking some of the coldest air in 15 years that could move into our region by late weekend. We will continue to monitor the progression of our next cold front. Stay tuned to the latest forecast and stay warm.
