Get ready for night two of South Florida’s record-setting cold snap.
After only climbing to 51 degrees this afternoon, temperatures will dip into the mid-30s again tonight in Miami and Fort Lauderdale by Monday morning. Inland areas such as Tamiami and Weston will be closely monitored, where temperatures could once again reach the lower 30s.
Cold relief, however, is on the way. Winds are expected to shift Tuesday, with morning temperatures in the lower 40s and afternoon highs reaching the mid to upper 60s. By Wednesday afternoon, highs are expected to climb into the lower 70s.
Stay warm.
