MIAMI BEACH, Fla. — The Witkoff Group, a real estate company, has sold $200 million in pre-construction units at the Ocean Terrace Residences before even breaking ground in Miami Beach, Bloomberg reported on Monday morning.

Alex Witkoff, the 33-year-old son of Steve Witkoff, President Donald Trump’s Middle East special envoy, told Bloomberg the mixed-use project in the North Beach neighborhood will include a 127-room hotel when it’s completed in 2029.

The units in the 20-story and 11-story beachfront condominiums near Collins Avenue and 74 Street will start at $6.3 million and face the Ocean Terrace, a public park with beach access from sunrise to 10 p.m.

Witkoff also partnered with the Auberge Resorts Collection for The Shore Club Private Collection at 1901 Collins Ave., near Lincoln Road. Other local projects include the Hilton Cabana Miami Beach at 6261 Collins Ave.
