Near drowning Fire rescue personnel responded to a child's drowning on Sunday at a gated community in Pembroke Pines.

PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. — Un niño fue declarado muerto en el Memorial Hospital West tras ahogarse el domingo en Pembroke Pines.

Personal de Pembroke Pines Fire Rescue respondió al ahogamiento cerca de Southwest Seventh Street y 118 Avenue y encontró a un niño, de entre 12 y 24 meses de edad, sin responder, según el jefe de división Jason Stepp.

El personal de rescate llevó al niño al Memorial Hospital West el domingo. El capitán Adam Feiner reportó la muerte del niño el lunes.
