Hillshire Brands is recalling 58 million pounds of corn dog and sausage on a stick products.
Federal inspectors with the Agriculture Department made an announcement over the weekend that the items could contain pieces of wood and at least five people were injured from the products.
The company recommends shoppers who have these products to throw them out or return them to the store for a refund.
