Hitting 30 violations isn’t a “bad day,” it’s a choice to ignore the rules that keep us safe.

When inspectors find roaches, mold in the ice, or food sitting out at dangerous temperatures, those aren’t just “technicalities.” They are massive red flags that should make any customer turn around and walk out the door.

If a business treats basic sanitation like a suggestion rather than a requirement, they shouldn’t be in the business of feeding the public.

Our health is not an afterthought. DO BETTER!
