Detectives investigate car in canal in Pembroke Pines

PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. — Detectives are investigating a car that was in a canal on Friday in Pembroke Pines.

A tow truck was pulling a car that had been in the canal for a while near Pines Boulevard and U.S. 47.
